Day One - No Binky

We cut off the end of Kendi's Binky and told her it was broken. She pulled the saddest face when she saw and Jared and I felt really bad. We know that this is for the the best and its our fault for waiting so long, but it was hard to see how disappointed she was. So far, she has handled it better than we thought. As long as we wait till she really tired to put her down, she is able to fall asleep without it. We were surprised because Kendi had never slept a night in her life without a Binky. A couple of times she has woken up in the night and tried to find her Binky and then got really mad when she couldn't find it. Other than that we have all slept well.
